Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. नो रिफंड पॉलिसी (No Refund Policy)

चूंकि NxtBook.in डिजिटल सेवाएं (ऑनलाइन क्विज़, पीडीएफ नोट्स और टेस्ट सीरीज़) प्रदान करता है, जिन्हें खरीदने के बाद तुरंत एक्सेस किया जा सकता है, इसलिए हम आमतौर पर किसी भी परिस्थिति में रिफंड (Refund) प्रदान नहीं करते हैं। एक बार 'Selection Pass' या कोई कोर्स खरीदने के बाद उसे कैंसिल नहीं किया जा सकता।

1. No Refund Policy "Since NxtBook.in provides digital services (online quizzes, PDF notes, and test series) that can be accessed immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a 'Selection Pass' or any course is purchased, it cannot be canceled."

2. विशेष परिस्थितियाँ (Technical Issues)

यदि आपके बैंक खाते से पैसे कट गए हैं लेकिन आपका Selection Pass एक्टिव नहीं हुआ है, तो कृपया घबराएं नहीं। ऐसी स्थिति में:

भुगतान पुष्टिकरण (Payment Confirmation) के लिए 24-48 घंटे प्रतीक्षा करें।
यदि फिर भी पास एक्टिव नहीं होता है, तो आप अपने पेमेंट स्क्रीनशॉट के साथ हमें support@nxtbook.in पर ईमेल कर सकते हैं।
जाँच के बाद, यदि पेमेंट हमारे पास प्राप्त हुआ है और सर्विस एक्टिव नहीं हुई है, तो हम उसे 24 घंटे के भीतर मैन्युअल रूप से एक्टिव कर देंगे।
2. Special Circumstances (Technical Issues) "If your payment has been deducted from your bank account but your 'Selection Pass' has not been activated, please do not worry. In such cases:
- Please wait for 24–48 hours for payment confirmation.
- If the pass is still not activated, you can email us at support@nxtbook.in along with a screenshot of your payment.
- After verification, if the payment has been received by us and the service is not activated, we will manually activate it for you within 24 hours."

3. खाता हटाना और गैर-हस्तांतरणीयता (Account Deletion & Non-Transferability)

उपयोगकर्ताओं को किसी भी समय अपना खाता हटाने का अधिकार है। हालाँकि, निम्नलिखित शर्तें लागू होंगी:

Users have the right to delete their accounts at any time. However:

गैर-हस्तांतरणीयता: कोई भी 'सिलेक्शन पास', प्रीमियम सदस्यता या खरीदे गए कोर्स पूरी तरह से उसी विशिष्ट खाते से जुड़े होते हैं जिस पर उन्हें खरीदा गया है। यदि कोई उपयोगकर्ता अपना खाता हटाता है, तो सभी संबंधित प्रीमियम एक्सेस, इतिहास और वैधता स्थायी रूप से समाप्त (forfeit) हो जाएगी।

Non-Transferability: Any 'Selection Pass', premium subscriptions, or purchased courses are strictly linked to the specific account they were purchased on. If a user deletes their account, all associated premium access, history, and validities are permanently forfeited.

कोई ट्रांसफर नहीं: NxtBook.in किसी भी परिस्थिति में हटाए गए खाते से खरीदारी, वैधता या सदस्यता लाभों को किसी नए या दूसरे खाते में ट्रांसफर नहीं करता है। खाता हटाना एक अपरिवर्तनीय (irreversible) प्रक्रिया है।

No Transfers: NxtBook.in does not transfer purchases, validity, or subscription benefits from a deleted account to a new or different account under any circumstances. Deletion is irreversible.

यदि आप अपना खाता हटाने के लिए अपने अकाउंट सेटिंग्स तक नहीं पहुँच पा रहे हैं, तो कृपया हमें support@nxtbook.in पर ईमेल करें, और हम खाता हटाने की प्रक्रिया में आपकी सहायता करेंगे।

"If you are unable to access your account settings to delete your account, please email us at support@nxtbook.in, and we will assist you in the deletion process."

4. कैंसलेशन (Cancellation)

छात्र किसी भी समय हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग बंद कर सकते हैं, लेकिन पहले से किए गए भुगतान का कोई प्रो-रेटा (Pro-rata) रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।
